This was in Phoenix 3033... Had an appointment for 6 months got a call tried to call back leaving a number. The person doing the evaluation has been out apparently. Instead of canceling the appointment they left the appointment. i got a hotel to show to be told that I was not going to be seen by anyone and now I ve called twice for a call back nothing. I was also told a call was made day be for and I have zero missed calls other than April. This is not ok.
Had an appointment at 8am today. Was there 10min early. They only then tried to verify insurance and whatnot and no I was not seen while this was getting worked out. They kept asking me for the insurance phone number and if I had documentation of coverage. This is done before appointment! Wasted my time and gas
Came to my door and caused my dogs to bark, waking up my grandchild! There are signs stating no soliciting and no door hangers that they ignored both! If they can't pay attention to detail how can they provide adequate medical services......
