Very knowledgeable real care.
Megan is a wonderful mental health care provider. She was able to get the correct medicine when I have been on the wrong ones for years. Thanks to Megan I feel like a normal person again. She's adjusting things as needed and keeps a very professional and caring environment to the work she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone else who suffers from depression or anxiety or anything other mental health issues. Rebecca Johnson
Dr. Dixon was thorough and listened attentively to my concerns. He did not rush my appointment and seemed to really care about resolving my issues. I’m so thankful to have found a quality care provider in Flagstaff. His medical assistant Morgan was equally kind and accommodating. They are an awesome team of healthcare providers!
This was in Phoenix 3033... Had an appointment for 6 months got a call tried to call back leaving a number. The person doing the evaluation has been out apparently. Instead of canceling the appointment they left the appointment. i got a hotel to show to be told that I was not going to be seen by anyone and now I ve called twice for a call back nothing. I was also told a call was made day be for and I have zero missed calls other than April. This is not ok.
Had an appointment at 8am today. Was there 10min early. They only then tried to verify insurance and whatnot and no I was not seen while this was getting worked out. They kept asking me for the insurance phone number and if I had documentation of coverage. This is done before appointment! Wasted my time and gas
