There's hardly any soap unless you buy the most expensive wash. Otherwise the vehicle is left dirty with water spots. Undercarriage sprayer was aimed at my drivers window that I was rolling up,...as I pulled in it sprayed in my eyes and burned.....plus it was all over my silk top that I had to have dry cleaned. The owner wasn't understanding at all when I spoke to him. There's better car washes nearby so go somewhere else if at all possible. Best affordable car wash in the Louisville area. Customer service is so friendly every time I need help I give them a call and they answer right away to resolve an issue. This car wash works 24 hours seven days a week nonstop. The owner always maintain their equipment and tools regularly, and we never had issues with it

Just a shitty car wash. Right off the bat, no undercarriage cleaning, paid for that. I did not get multiple levels of wash, paid for that ! Two things I did receive, the was the wax spray to trap the dirt and a 20-second blow job. I want my money back !!! Don't waste your time and money at Deno's Hopefully, they will contact me.
