I seriously cannot speak high enough of the level of service received by this team! Every team member in every roll provided world-class service! One of my vehicles isn’t a GM and they still knocked it out of the park with incredible turn around time, all with the convenience of a loaner while repairs were being made. Got my car back in like new condition. Great job DeNooyer team. Keep up the good work, and continue to invest in this type of service first culture!!!
I called and spoke to the service manager, can’t remember her name, but she was very helpful in assisting me find a steering column that was on back order by GM. Not once did she have an attitude or seemed angry about any part that I asked about. THANK YOU!!! If you ever need parts ask and speak to her she’s very helpful.
Extremely dishonest people. I was lied to about the work that was done on my vehicle and then after I caught them in the lie they proceeded to lie to me and still charged me a ridiculous amount of money for work they didn’t even do.
