Very happy with their service, responsive and pleasant
Ryan and the team at DeNooyer gave me excellent service when my vehicle needed a labor intensive repair recently! Ryan worked with the warranty department to ensure that as much of the work that qualified would be covered. They gave me a rental as the fix took about a week. I didn't miss a beat! He reached out via text repeatedly with updates and was always positive and helpful in our interactions. I would not hesitate to work with Ryan or the service department at DeNooyer again!
No one called me the day of my appt to update me even though you had car 3 days earlier and I had call days later to find out what's going on. I will never buy a Chevy or GM product again. I've nothing but horrible service at 2 dealerships and now a car that isn't drivable I still owe tons of money on. Definitely not satisfied at all. Will never recommend DeNooyer to anyone and tell them to stay away
