No one called me the day of my appt to update me even though you had car 3 days earlier and I had call days later to find out what's going on. I will never buy a Chevy or GM product again. I've nothing but horrible service at 2 dealerships and now a car that isn't drivable I still owe tons of money on. Definitely not satisfied at all. Will never recommend DeNooyer to anyone and tell them to stay away
I think Ryan Hamet is the busiest Service Advisor you have - at least from my observations when there. Yet somehow, he still manages to maintain good lines of communication, updates, and thoroughly ensuring the concerns are addressed. Not to mention, he's offered options when it comes to considering a final cost, and that is always appreciated.
I feel DeNooyers takes good preventative care of my car!
