Fast furious and efficient is all I can say. My appointment was honored and was treated like family
I brought my 24 Silverado 1500 in for oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in about an hour. They were very friendly and courteous from start to finish keeping me informed of the progress by text. My appointment was at 9am so I enjoyed a coffee and a toasted bagel. I waited in their comfortable waiting area watching tv. A little after 10 I was informed my truck was ready for me. There were no hard sales for wipers or a cabin filter. It was an enjoyable experience overall.
