Friendly and efficient, always a good experience
Christian E and Kortney H went above and beyond for me on my vehicle. My a/c was not working after a 85 degree day. I took it into the DeNooyer ford. They transferred it to the DeNooyer Chevy in Marshall. Of course the ac was working when they got the vehicle and called me saying it was functioning after several tests. I explained the whole situation and that it was blowing hot when I dropped it off, they took multiple test drives and ran the car then the a/c finally started blowing hot. Denooyer Chevrolet is amazing!!! There's no better feeling than to be able to trust somewhere with your vehicle! I had an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection done and everyone was amazing and it was such a smooth process! Jeremy Bussell, Brice Moore, and Kortney Humphries were all so amazing and helpful. They all just go above and beyond!!! Highly recommend!
