Always professional, amazing service center!
Appt was easy to make once I figured out not to ask for my assigned advisor and tgake the next available. However, the package of prepaid oil changes had expired and the new rep was unable to connect w/ my history to explain why they were missing. Service was very good and timely. Wait very reasonable and updates excellent.
Everyone was kind and took my situation seriously even though we didn’t find out what was wrong. They said they would take care of it. Just have to wait till it acts up again or gets worse so they can see the problem.
