Not happy at all after being sold a vehicle that has had issues we’ve worked on ourselves paid for a warranty on this vehicle they called us saying our vehicle had issues so I go and drop it off I was just told I have no rental & that we will need to pay 50$ a day. We were told at the time of the sale we would be covered if we ever needed a rental. We talked with several people through this whole experience and everyone was beyond helpful with responses!! Thank you Vincent, Richard and Cory for helping us get into our new traverse. Even had another gentleman named Ryan that came out to check on us as we were waiting for our vehicle. Everyone was beyond thorough with explaining our new car and helping us feel comfortable. We will be back!

DeNooyer is a terrible dealership. Over the years I tried numerous times to let them earn my business on vehicle purchases and they repeatedly failed on every occasion. The latest experience really solidified how poor of a business they are. I dropped off the vehicle for issues which should all be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty provided by GM and I only approved warranty work.
