Practice is not responsive to phone messages. It took 4 phone messages with answering service and an overnight before someone -"therapist" to call me back. I was told that they(practice) have"24 hours" to call you back and she didn't want to discuss anything about the office scheduling and was NOT apologetic. Was told good luck getting any office to call me back the same day as "all the industry works the same way"!
