So far I am not impressed. They came out to install a heat pump in our older house. The individuals who were sent took a long time to install it and were afraid of being on a ladder to do so. They left and did not even attach it to our panel, said there was wire left for someone else to do it. There was not and we had to have someone else from the company come out a second time just to hook it up. We have used Denoco on two occasions now. They installed a new air conditioner about 5 years ago and most recently installed a new furnace after our 20+ year old furnace kicked the bucket. They were super professional, kept the space clean and the office staff (Julie) was very kind and easy to talk too! We highly recommend Denoco!
