If you expect customer service while you shop this is NOT the place to go. Just left there as I'm working out of town on a plumbing project and this was the closest hardware store. I was greeted with a condescending "what do you need?" As I had already picked my part out, I figured since he was standing behind me with his arms crossed I'd ask him about other parts that would help make the job quicker.
