The woman at the counter wasn't interested in trying to help me to find the order that I wanted order even tho I'm telling her I order this item literally the day before... came here with my family as we do every sunday, and we are usually served by Shawn. at this point, we honestly see him as family because he has become such a big part of our sunday breakfasts. we came in yesterday and were told that they let him go this week. we were honestly so upset. I’ve been coming to this Denny’s for a while and usually have a great experience, especially with Shawn, who is always friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the management has made me reconsider returning. I’ve repeatedly witnessed the manager, Vidya, yelling at and disrespecting employees in front of customers.
