I went to get puppy food and the brand I normally buy is no longer available. I asked a gentleman who works here what is comparable and not only did he have great recommendations but he helped me carry the two large bags of food to my car. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Way better than big corporate chain stores.
Beautiful new store along with very kind and helpful staff. Today I went in to pick up dog food that I thought was on sale. Well....The lovely gal checking me out at the register informed me that I was off by two days. However, she still honored the sale on my purchase. I was shocked! That was so nice of her! Service like this just doesn't happen anymore. Super appreciate it!!!
We went to Denny's yesterday for my boyfriends birthday. We live in Burlington and came down only to see your store. We loved meeting Tiki and being able to give the bunnies and piggies loves. The piggies weren't thrilled to be touched but because I work with them I don't take offense to it lol. Tiki did a better welcome then the workers did. Best pet store I have ever experienced. Knowledgeable staff fair to great prices. Amazing selection. The staff is nothing but friendly people who really know their stuff!
