A true 5 STAR act, very prompt, courteous, and an old fashion business sense. Called him at 0730 in the morning, called me back by 8, Denny made arrangements with his schedule to squeeze me in on his way to other appointments, our GE stove needs a new latch mechanism for locking the oven door for self cleaning. No charge for service call now, wait to see how much latch will cost if too expensive he'll just mail me an invoice for the service call. Is that trustworthy or what.
