Waitress and staff in store were excellent
Manager and staff anticipate your needs through your dining experience. Fast, hot and tasty food! Great place for any casual meal!
Server was talking negatively about us coming in about an hour before close (“Why are they coming in when we’re dead in here?”) Server rushed us when we were looking at our drinks because she wanted to go back to playing on her phone. Food came out alright. Sausage tasted like cleaning chemicals, bacon was over cooked. Pancakes were alright though. Kinda annoyed I had to pay full price for the abysmal service and the lackluster food.
We went into the Surprise Arizona location on Grand Avenue this morning I've been there before a few times and has always been okay but today was far from good we were seated quickly in our order was taken and then we sat there for 35 minutes waiting on food she finally brought us our pancakes for some reason and said you can start with this and I ask what is taking so long she said to me in a grumpy voice well it's a holiday what the hell does that have to do with it so we got up and left waiting 40 minutes for eggs is not ... read more
