I don't eat at Denny's often....not sure why, maybe my experiences haven't brought me back....I have no complaints with the food. I'm a truck driver & I chose to take my 34 hr break at the Flying J in Hubbard, OH because I thought a hot meal from the Denny's sounded good. I go in around 830-ish pm & sit on the bench looking at the menu....for about 20-30 mins. Grace was fantastic. Pleasant to talk with and wonderful on the service provided.
GM won't ever get on the phone when you ask for him he has whoever answer always say he not available. The horn that seems to always answer has a real stuck up attitude. Sad this is the industry that's running bussiness and they wonder why they have bad reviews , negative comments and can't find no one to hire or short staffed because who would want to work with that.
The service was excellent and the food was delicious
