I had coffee, water & a breakfast meal tonight. Coffee was cold so I asked if she could microwave it for me. She said she’d make a new pot but it never showed up so I asked her to take it off the bill. 1 waitress ran the entire place (she was nice but shouldn’t have to be a host and waitress for the entire establishment). My over easy eggs were very snotty sunny side up with one yolk busted, my meal was in a puddle of yolk. Didn’t end up eating the eggs and half the hashbrowns because I don’t like snotty eggs. Disgusting. Ordered pot roast skillet, found out they didnt have it 15 mins after i ordered. No biscuits & gravy after 2pm. Eggs looked & tasted microwaved, couldnt even eat them. They sent out potatoes BURNT so bad they were black. Chicken was overcooked. Fries were undercooked. I used to love dennys scrambled eggs, whoever was cookin needs fired. Such a shame!! I should’ve sent everything back to the kitchen. $70 WASTED. Only thing my kids enjoyed were the pancakes.
The hostess very graciously tried to seat us however could NOT get an answer from her manager on where we should be seated and ended up going to the bathroom crying. I let the manager know and she tried to make up some excuse but I sat there and watched it happen! Manager here is absolutely useless ands had no apology when I told her we were leaving because we wouldn’t support a manager like that. Only thing she had to say when I told her we were leaving was “ok” smh
