Been back to Denny's a couple times this month. On both occasions, the service was exceptional and the food was far above your normal chain restaurant quality. Had great service from Mike and Merl. Recommend giving this place another chance for a late evening/early morning experience.
Me and my boyfriend wanted to go get some late night food and we love that Denny's is open all day long. about a week ago and our server Pam was wonderful, funny entertaining the works all around great but then tonight when we came, we had a server named Michelle she was serving with AirPods in and was screaming at us and other customers what their order was staring at us while we were eating, creeping me out and judging how much we were drinking.
I used to come here back then and it was better than today. I came here at 10:41 pm. We got a burnt potato in our marinara sauce when we got it. I got my food and the person I was with didn’t get theirs like 10-15 minutes later. It was salmon but still the fact. And the lady with the braids was not all a very happy camper. We waited an hour to get our food. And we only got it when we did because the table next to us was complaining about their wait. Our coffee cups were dirty on the outside, my roll of silverware only had a butter knife in it and there was no heat in the back portion of the restaurant. There was a portable heater being used but then our server turned it off and unplugged it.
