There were hardly anyone in the restaurant, yet the food was almost an hour late. When it arrived, it was overcooked and awful! The service was non-existent. Never going to this Denny's again! We were told they only had one cook, but with how few customers were actually in the place, the service should have been much better. A family walked out after waiting too longfor their order. Despicable.
It's a Denny's the food is mediocre the wait staff is hit or miss, sometimes it's good and you get refills and an attentive server but often you get ignored in an empty building and have to go find the waitress to get a refill. It's like they hide in the back room after taking your order until your food is cooked then they bring it and disappear again until you're ready to pay, I paid for a drink with free refills I expect refills I don't leave a tip for those 2 ladies they haven't once earned one honestly they don't even ea... read more
This is the best Denny's I've ever been to. I've been here many times and the food is amazing ever single time and the service is awesome!! I hope the staff never quit If you want great food and courteous staff, then stop at Jackson Denny's!!!
