All restaurants need a “Deb”! She was the absolute BEST! She was super sweet, kind and even sang happy birthday to my husband! ;) lol - She made our day!
a disaster first you wait 15 minutes to be seated and there is no one, and then you wait 20 minutes to order
The service here has gone downhill. Worst service ever at Denny's in Gretna today and in recent months. Today I placed my food and drink order with a server and she kept typing something into the computer and wasn't, at the very least, interested in bringing me my drink. I asked again and got a very huffy "in a minute", which kept getting longer and longer. Since I was being completely ignored... I'm not even sure she put my food order in... I got up and left and nobody noticed or cared. I'm done with them.
