When your prices are just as high as everyone else, being dirty and having local charm is no longer cute. I had a to go order, it was missing things. The floors were sticky and clearly in desperate need of cleaning. The checkout desk was a filthy sticky greasy mess. I had to drive back, and they thankfully they did provide the missing items without a fight.
