On March 19, 2026. My girl and I came to eat here. There were 6+ on shift doing absolutely nothing and only 2 tables occupied, that’s including mine. After 15 minutes of no one assisting us, I had to ask at the front desk for my full order. Saw an employee on his phone while “cleaning” a table, while everyone else blasted their music. Terrible service. Even after we were leaving, they were still there doing nothing.
Service was quick and very kind. Alejandra was so sweet and welcoming, would definitely come again to SPI for this!
