Come on dennys. You cant possibly think this is acceptable to send out on a delivery order? You really saw these hard as a rock burnt onion rings and wings and thought, yup, this is good, then packed it up and sent it on its way. Also more ranch would be nice. Everything else was good.
This Denny's has great meals weather you want breakfast or dinner
Wife and I consistently have great service (Jane today) and others most occasions we come here for a meal. Food is consistently good and served hot. Wife loves their handmade burger patties not frozen and I love their breakfast. Servers are friendly, helpful and follow up to ask if we need anything during our meal. I dont understand the negative reviews as the staff persons mentioned are always service oriented. The servers and cooks here are great. Im a fan as is my wife. We are regular customers here.
I'd give this location a negative star for service if I could. Ordered online at 9am and received confirmation text that it was ready 15 minutes later. Once arrived at the location the girl in the front said it wasn't ready and will be brought out. 15 minutes later I went back up, asked again and again was told to wait. After 45 MINUTES I went back to ask and FINALLY she went to check and my food had been waiting there getting cold the entire time. She brought it up without a word or apology and gave me the bag.
