Literally the worst service I've ever gotten. I tried to call them back when they absolutely screwed up a to go order. They just pick up their phone and hang up whenever anyone tries to call. I plan on going in person to discuss their crippling incompetence
I came to Denny’s for dinner, placed my order, and it’s been over 30 minutes — still no food. No updates, no explanation, just waiting. Very disappointed with the service. I expected better.
Great service
Our waitress was very nice. However it was a long wait To be seated and to get our food .... while we waited the ceiling leaked on my daughter we ended up moving seats due to this.... I was very patient and kind to the waitress....we didn't get one of our items we ordered and I said something ...she just took it off the bill .....there was no compensation for any inconvenience or any sence of urgency .... they definitely need some leadership in that place.... it was disappointing.....we won't be back
