Food is terrific. The place seems to be really run down. We were seated in a very duck taped booth, and had to be asked to be moved. For the price of food on the menu, the interior can definitely use some replacing.

I usually don’t do this but there are times that things need to be reported for the business to improve and customers to be aware. The staff were friendly which is nice. But everything else law is sub par at best. First and foremost, the establishment was FREEZING. No heat at all. Using the bathroom was like going into a market freezer. This could be overlooked if we didn’t have to wait more than 40 minutes for our food (not many customers today). The pancakes were undercooked.
