The waitress, or cook messed up our orders. I ordered steak omelet and no mushrooms. Mom ordered bacon and sausage with mushrooms. My plate came with sausage and bacon omelet, and mom got my order, but they put mushrooms on it. Maybe, the waitstaff should r write exactly what the customers order, on a piece of paper? I was upset. Also, 6 plus dollars for an iced generic coffee?? REALLY???
I went here a couple a times and every time is some bull I guess am going have to go for a ride next time I want some dennys or my son I stop ordering here but my son wanted some dennys so I gave them the shout of the doubt but I guess some people don’t care about how they running they business over there I ordered pancakes with scramble eggs and bacon and don’t get me wrong the pancakes where jumbos there were enough scramble eggs my son loved it but I had to go in the kitchen and make him more bacon cause they only put two... read more
food was very good but service was awful. our server did everything he could but the shift leader/manager was very obviously unorganized and unqualified. while plenty of people had not even gotten there food yet in our section, us included, the servers were order to start cleaning and shutting down said section. dust and dirt was kicked up and thrown around leaving a lingering after oder. it took us over an hour to to get our ordered food, two burgers and a triple dip, and they didn’t even come out at the same time. it was a... read more
