I had breakfast the other day with a friend. I cannot remember the waiters name, but he was just a really good waiter and conversationalist. My friend was running late, & business was not too busy, and we chatted about life. I used to stop by this location for years, during nursing school and now retired from the Air Force. It is a tough job being a waiter and I appreciate the wait staff tremendously. Food was very good.

The order number was 356026 and the server name on my receipt was Shawn C.; however, I believe the wait staff called her by another name.] On this day my son and I attempted to dine for breakfast at this restaurant, but everything that could have gone wrong with my order went wrong, and all I received in response from the (very tall) waitress each time I brought an order error to her attention, was giggling. There sometimes is not much to smile about when working the "Graveyard" shift--yet when I stopped into Denny's, I found the wait-staff as well as the cook energetic and engaging, despite the crowded atmosphere. They provided good food at a reasonable price, with a smile on their face.
