Visiting the Orlando area for a few days, I made an early morning breakfast run to Denny’s on International Drive. Walking distance from my hotel, it’s open 24/7. Quickly seated in an almost empty restaurant, I couldn’t help but to notice the “safety” updates. Plexiglass shields between the booths and plenty of hand sanitizer by the door. Staff were wearing masks – but so was I. Polite and efficient, my server – Bree – handed over a menu and asked whether I wanted coffee. Great idea – coffee. Hostess great! Food and service poor. Will never return to this denny's. Burned the eggs and bacon hushpuppies. Eggs were tasty but returned the puppies; when puppies returned combined with my friends order. I didn't like that! Epic fail!
