It's sad to encounter such a poor behavior and customer service from a manger named Rick. I have never been treated like this from any other location across California and Reno. This man proved to me that he was racist by his actions. He treated me and my daughter differently from the table next to us by not providing refills, providing a single jelly for 3 breakfast plates and being brought the check once the food was served.
