I'm sorry, but our waiter sucked, we came in got sitted, got drinks and then he expected us to be ready but we needed some time. He walked away and forgot about us, it was EMPTY in there, we werd looking for him. Once we finally ordered he never came back once we had our food. We left, still tipped but he didnt deserve it, we were just being nice. I honestly just want a refund.
I wont lie I barely go to any Diners nowadays but I just went with my Mom and we had a great Experience, My food was a little off so for the first time in my Adult life so i sent my Food back but the Manger and Waiter were so nice about it i didnt feel bad then i got my Chicken Tendies and was very satisfied. 5 Stars to the Manager and the Waiter Ibrahim.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The Hoffman estates location had an awesome served named Abraham who was so patient with my 2 year old and letting us try some sides. He went above and beyond and really should be recognized for his aw Awesome vibes.
