Alexis was great, but everything was just HORRIBLE. Will never recommend neither eat here again. The experience here was the worts I ever had. Ordered the brisket skillet and not only I got it an hour after I ordered it when the store was near to empty…but my serving and the meet was just horrible. The mc was basically microwaved and it was half of a kid’s serving and the brisket (which I ordered extra) was little and very dry and looked and tested odd and hard…. Overall it was terrible my experience…
Yesterday I came here with my daughter. My server was great I wish I got her name all I know is she was beautiful and had a gold nose ring and cute updo…. there was also another woman who was great!!!! but I had a table in front of me that was getting horrible service we all watched their server sit at the bar top and talk to two gentleman for a long time flirting the table had to get up and get her own beverages she was trying to look pretty and flirt while everyone else was running around working hard filling up drinks and... read more
Does management realize that if you walk in for breakfast on a Sunday at 10:30 you are turned away because there is over an hour wait for food. Only 6 tables filled!! Over an hour wait because they have call in orders they have to do. No wonder they all are closing. Why do you have 4 waitresses on?? Do they even realize they miss out more on tips? 5 people in the kitchen!! WOW! Sad. Don’t bother going on a Sunday.
