UPDATE: The GM never sent what she promised, did give multiple excuses after several communications. She really is unprofessional & part of Denny's downfall. I hope this Denny's is on the closure list. What a disgrace. From that visit I have not nor will I ever frequent another Denny. Cracker Barrel, will be my "Go to" Worst Denny's period..
