I just ordered delivery from this Denny’s today and was very pleased from start to finish. The food was delicious, the service was fast, and the communication was great—I was kept informed of the progress the whole time. The Denny’s app was very user-friendly, making it easy to order and apply coupons at checkout. What a great experience and an enjoyable meal!

I came to this restaurant at 10 AM on Sunday morning. I was expecting to wait. I was put on a waiting list. No problem. Then someone came in bypassed all of the people that were waiting and just sat down at a table when I said something to the staff, the answer was oh They are regulars. So what! Guess who’s not gonna be a regular now I got up and left. I said something to the cashier asked her to tell the manager the answer was OK. Not I’m sorry, but OK. NOT OK.

This Denny’s has rapidly declined in quality. It falls short of the standards that Denny’s is known for. The hostess, Anna, became irate whenever people entered the restaurant. To make matters worse, she took our drink orders without any service being provided. Naturally, the drink order was incorrect, but I managed to remain composed. If you’re not interested in working here, then don’t. The first impression is crucial.
