We have been loyal customers at this location for over 3 years, consistently visiting 2–3 times a month with a group of about 9 people, including children. We specifically come during the 4–10 PM timeframe because of the “kids eat free” promotion, and until today, this has never been an issue. Unfortunately, today’s experience was completely unacceptable. My breakfast was a nightmare!! I ask for overheard egg and they had a runny yolk they brought me different ones and they were burn .. by the time they brought them the rest of my breakfast was super cold I ended not eating and they still charge me .. I will never go back and ill make sure that everyone i know won't go to a Dennys either.
This place is a horrible place to go to. I had a country fry steak dinner to go, and they literally splattered the mashed potatoes underneath a tray of this country fried steak with the same mashed potato, spread it on top of Them. With a side of macaroni and cheese that they Seriously, just put a small block of cheese to melt in the middle, which wasn’t even melted it by the time I started eating it. Long wait to get food. They were very busy but they managed to serve people that can in after us and after we placed our order before us. They we were told they forgot to make our order .....was not about to leave with a hungry child so we waited even longer.....I guess because we were white and not Mexican that our food took so long. Everyone one who was black or Mexican was taken care of before us even when they were seated after us.... I don't know if I should blame the server, cook, management or all of them.
