I got a burger, I can't recall what kind. But I do remember that I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious it was. The waitress was excellent and very attentive.

I had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, it took far to long to get simple requests like drink refills, napkins, and even a to-go box. Unfortunately, the food was just as frustrating. Our meals arrived undercooked, and one entire dish was missing. We had to get up and find the waitress just to remind her, and even then, the food that eventually came out was still undercooked. The food me and my partner ordered was wrong. Food came out undercooked and cold. They gave us food we did not order. Place is not clean. Service is slow. Staff flirts with customers.

On March 10th while driving through Illinois an “imminent threat warning” came through on my phone and told me to get off the road due to severe weather. The crew at this Denny’s let me take shelter while a tornado warning was in effect. A tornado hit the ground a few miles away. While I know the folks working here were worried about their own families and homes they were kind enough to let me stay safe inside with them and the other folks who were there. I hope all of their families and loved ones made it through the storm ... read more
