We came in at almost 11am on a Saturday. The hostess told every group that arrived that wait would be "30 mins, maybe more, maybe less but you can put your name on list of you want". The way it was went about felt as if she didnt want any one else to add name to list. We didn't wait more than 15mins and were glad we didnt turn around and leave. But many others did leave! I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service at this location was unacceptable. We felt like a burden the moment we walked in. There were plenty of available tables, yet we were told to wait. It was clear the staff was prioritizing socializing over working. After witnessing the unprofessional behavior, we left without eating. I cannot recommend this place.

(5 Stars for Aisha! 1 Star for Management) I am writing this review specifically to recognize Aisha (Aicha), who was an absolute superhero during our visit. On a Saturday night over Labor Day weekend, she was forced to work completely solo. She was simultaneously acting as the entire front desk host, the only waiter for the floor, and the sole cash register operator handling all takeout orders.
