Whoever the old lady is working graveyard shift is the worst person I’ve come across with good customer service. I don’t get it if you don’t like your job why are you working there!!??? And I was still nice disregarding the obvious disrespect and no kind of care for a customers satisfaction. Please do better . Lady is literally sitting there doing nothing and gets sooo mad when she has to do her job? I don’t get it. You guys need to do better .
Si pongo una estrella es para recuperar este lugar. Pueden lograr 4 estrellas solo busquen un buen líder porque este lugar bajo mucho su servicio al cliente. Hoy pedi papas sazonadas y pague la diferencia, cuando llegue a casa me dieron papas regulares. Espero media hora para un pedido muy sencillo. Mis mejores deseos para que mejoren en todos los aspectos.
I ordered a strawberry shake with my food on sept 18th and it wasn't a shake it was ice cream...like thick and hard. When I came in and asked If they could remake it the lady said yeah its supposed to be like that. I said its a shake I cant drink it. Her reply was "yeah I can see it all over your beard why did you drink it?" I said "because I ordered it" She said "oh I thought you were a driver" and remade it. No apology or anything. Strange. It is located in a strip center so strange layout. When I went, there was only three employees there: a dishwasher, a cook, and one extremely overworked server who had been on the job for only three days. Much praise to the server because he was managing all of the tables plus cashing people out.
