What I love about "mcdonaldization of society" (Google it), is this: they're efficient, they've conditioned customers to a certain "way," in and out quickly, predictability and standardization in products and services, ensuring a consistent experience. What that means is regardless of which Denny's you go to, you can expect the same quality of service and food across the board. I appreciate consistency, efficiency and predictability.
Waitress Sally was a wonderful waitress very patient and very friendly. Here customers service was above & beyond.
