When I went there last evening for dinner, I found the atmosphere very depressing. My favorite server, Shelley, was not working. Since I happen to know, this was one of the days she normally worked. I asked what happened. Then I was told that her days and hours had been changed. Everyone was uncertain about what was going on, but evidently Shelley and her loyalty are not recognized. Went to the freestanding Denny’s in Pahrump. Usually we have a great experience here with Shelley. She was not there and we were told her hours and days off were changed. We stayed but the morale of the staff was very low. There was only ONE server working and she was also working the register. Shelley is absolutely the best server there! I will not return if she isn’t working. Daytime, Tommy is an excellent server. Very disappointing experience. Shelley has so many call parties.
