We came for my son's birthday. There was only a few customers in the whole restaurant but service was incredibly slow. We waited a while to order and a poor elderly woman behind us was waiting a really really long time for her food to be made. By then it was only us and her in the place. We gave her our garlic bread to eat while she waited and then we told the cashier that we wanted to pay for her food because service was so slow. Went to have breakfast for dinner. Restaurant was really cold but our waitress found us a table in an area that was great. Ordered bacon (well done), scrambled eggs and pancakes. The bacon, while well done was stone cold. The eggs weren't far behind them as far as being cold. The only thing that was hot when it hit the table was the pancakes and coffee. Aside from your typical Denny's rep, some of their food is very good. I can't explain why, but their burgers are extremely tasty. The seasoned fries are very yummy. My son can't get enough of the vanilla yogurt. The breakfast is pretty good, I was very excited for their new pancakes and they were just ok. IHOP by far has the best pancakes. While we have our favorite waitresses that are phenomenal, many of the other staff are not that great. They are slow & not welcoming. So this is great for some things, but not others. Great food. Servers are nice. Atmosphere is typically crowded especially at night and weekends. Enough parking for guests. Location near Burbank airport. Bathroom is clean but smells of sewage.
The service is great and love the food! The waitress/ waiters are very nice.
