I had a disappointing experience at this location. The customer service was poor—my food took an unreasonably long time to come out, and the front desk attendant was very rude. The overall service lacked professionalism and courtesy, which made the visit unpleasant. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.
We ate here this past Monday and we had Lilly as our server, and she was wonderful !!! Very attentative, quick on her feet, friendly, and just overall she gave us such a pleasant experience. My boyfriend had the eggs over my hammy sandwich meal and I had the new berry waffle meal and everything tasted fresh. Glad we followed our gut and stopped here because this was the best Dennys experience we have had in such a long time, we started to lose hope with Dennys but Lilly made it worth the visit ❤️
