Service was incredibly slow. Asked for a discount on the meal because they didn’t have ANYTHING requested, no shakes, no mac n cheese, no marinara sauce, no deserts… and we had to find substitutes for it all, they offered a 2$ discount because they didn’t have marinara….. but also didn’t tell us they didn’t have it when they brought out the mozzarella sticks… or when it was ordered… My brother was EXTREMELY disappointed, and while we made fun of the situation and laughed about it at the end, laughing about the utter misery o... read more
3 of us waited 30 minutes for our food, we all god has browns all completely burnt. Eggs were very watery, no salt. Steak and omelette was very tuff toast was soggy, and to add to that we got ends of toast, basically just crust.
This is definitely the best Denny's I've been to. Server(Derek) was right on top on everything... not a long wait for our service. Food was cooked to perfection by Jesse. General manager was Erin... she was very pleasant to talk with and was on top of everything also. Restaurant as well as restrooms were very clean also. I would definitely go to this Dennys again while passing thru.
