Sarah was great ! I experienced a problem with my food and she was very helpful! Not just being helpful Sarah honored her word and when I came back to the restaurant she had the cook to prepare my food fresh with no charge! To me that is what great customer service looks like and feels like! Thank you Sarah for your great service and dedication! Nicolette
I left before I could be seated, late night host was busy talking to her coworker that came in to order food. I was acknowledged, only after I ask were they serving breakfast. I was told that it would be a wait because they were short staffed. I also noticed that there was puddled water on the floor in the kitchen, Not suppose to happen while serving guest... I left.
Senior menu only served in the morning after 6 am or later-really???? It's always been a staple. Very expensive meal, very average food and service but we tipped well and had a bit of time to relax. The menu is a problem. Everything was $$13/15 with few exceptions. This is DENNY'S. I will research to see why the senior menu is missing overnight.
