Came to Dennys this afternoon and was absolutely disappointed. My family and I have been dining at Dennys for years. We will not return to this establishment. Our waitress was literally holding her child while taking our order. The order was not right on 3 separate occasions. Drinks never refilled. Worst experience ever. With the multitude of places to eat around the city this will be our last time here.
Kristy 's customer service is excellent. This morning, very courteous, quick service, with smile, neat, nice personality.
