Out of everything on a Sunday. Waitress was rude and when time to pay was ignored and yes I realize there was only 2 waitress working but waited 5 minutes to pay. Two different waitresses walked by and didn't even acknowledge us when seeing us there.
It was a Sunday evening and not that busy. The server advised that they were out of what seemed like everything. We managed to find something to order and waited quite sometime for our food. Our server rarely checked on us for refills and to see how we were doing. When it was time to check out we stood at the register and waited for someone to acknowledge us so we could pay for our meal. The food was fine. The service was NOT!
We walked in to Dennys for lunch, ordered sodas, they were out of Ice so we got sodas with no Ice, They were out of chicken stripes, out of crispy chicken, out of cheese sticks and the grilled chicken they brought out was cold. Took about a hour to get our food. Our server was great very nice and polite. Would not recommend eating there.
Good portions and we were able to adjust the food without an extra charge and no trouble.
They went absolutely above and beyond. I had called about cancelling a postmates order due to an inability to find a delivery driver. Upon hearing that, they offered to bring my order to me because, and I quote, “ they strive to go above and beyond” which they truly were able to do. Joesph, the general manager, was so helpful and considerate and truly made my day. They are honestly the best Denny’s employees I have ever met.
