This is the most HONEST repair shop in town. They only charge for the work that has been quoted and agreed to in advance. They generally come in a couple of dollars LESS than the quote (not always), they give you a time estimate, and communicate promptly if they will run longer. There have been two occasions or so over the 18 years I've been taking my vehicles to them where they made a small mistake, and they quickly corrected it and then did not charge me for it....Denny is the BEST in my opinion.
