Had to have some recall work on our Honda. Everyone was great and treated us very well. Would have liked to been told that there wasn’t a shuttle to the shopping area close by, on Saturdays. It was raining and very winding but we got an Uber bc it was going to take several hours. It all ended great.
Hands down the worst customer service from Andy and Greg that I have experienced. If you are from out of town or have a warranty that is applicable to your repairs, they will treat you like a second class citizen. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere to avoid the frustration of dealing with this dealerships service department.
