I can’t say enough good things about the service department at Denny Menholt Ford! I was traveling when my truck suddenly went into limp mode due to a DEF system fault. Being far from home, this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. Blane and the team were absolutely fantastic. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a loose DEF connector, got it fixed, and had me back on the highway headed home in no time. We had been on the road for about 40 days traveling the country when we had a seal in our F250 start leaking. We drove an hour to this dealership to see if someone could help us. We talked with Michael and he helped us out immediately even moved us ahead so we could meet our schedule and continue on the road. Very very impressed and grateful with the service here. I would 100% recommend.
