Stay away from this shop if you can. They took a week just to generate a quote for insurance. They ordered incorrect parts multiple times. They changed the pickup date when I had already booked a flight. They failed to repair the radiator so my coolant gauge redlined as soon as I left. They didn't fix a cut wiring harness. When on a family vacation out to Rapid City, we ended up being side swiped on a local scenic road. Denny Menholt took care of our vehicle and was very easy to work with even from 500 miles away. Domnick was very upfront as to where they were in the process, and he ensured that we knew as soon as the vehicle was ready for pick up. I highly recommend Denny Menholt for all of your collision and auto body needs!! Wish we were local and could use them more often.

On my travels from Long Beach WA to Sioux Falls SD, I encountered a deer strike some 40 miles east of Rapid and luckily I chose to have my new Denali towed to Denny Menholt Chevrolet. I was greeted by Dominic as I entered the service center at the front door and he walked me thru the entire process making certain I was taken care of of and every part put back onto the front of my GMC was OME parts.
