So grateful for Kim in the service department for going above and beyond and getting our car fixed so we can get to our own wedding in CO this week. This kind of service deserves 5 stars and then some!
There’s some kind of weird company culture here. Every time I call up here to ask about something I am treated dismissively. Just today I had my wife call and ask a couple questions about labor cost on our daughter’s vehicle. We had it diagnosed at a different dealership on vacation but couldn’t get it fixed there as we had to go home. We were looking at a New Rav4 to replace the one I was currently driving. My wife and I went to Toyota and walked around the new Rav4's, we saw a salesman but he was to busy on his cell phone to help us. We left. I applied online for the Rav4 through Menholt Toyota website. Never received any calls from them. Went to Menholt Cadillac, found an XT5. Applied online and got a response right away.
