came in the store the other day stood at the counter for over 20 minutes guy walks in with a shotgun walks up to the counter you go right up to him say can I help you nobody even looked at me or talk to me never go in there again first and last time

Condescending tones, literal rolling of the eyes when asking for help, only 1 employee was ever helpful. If you aren't someone they know, good luck. I gave them too many chances. I'll never go back, which sucks because they are 3 minutes from my house and the next closest Mathews dealer is at least 5 times farther. Don't waste your time.
I was having a issue with my peep sight moving on my new bow, after doing some research I found this sporting good store and decided to give it a try, I had never heard of this place, upon walking in I was greeted in a very friendly matter and was helped right away, they took the time to hear my issues and got right to work, I walked around the store to find they have a huge and great selection of unique hunting equipment, after about 10 minutes I was given the bow back and have shot it several times and found no issues, it’... read more

Been shopping with them off, and on throughout the years, since I was just a kid. Admittedly I have not been there in a long while, but unless things have radically changed since then, it's hard to find a better stocked outdoor sporting goods store. They've always been top-notch, informative, and well stocked, no matter what kind of hunting, fishing, shooting sports you're into, you will find it there.
