This was by far one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever encountered. I accompanied my brother to this shop for a haircut. He walked in without an appointment and was told the wait would be 30 minutes, even though no one else was there when we arrived. Yet, as more people came in, the barber continually allowed them to go ahead of him, claiming they had prior appointments. (I am updating my review after my second visit; initially, I rated this place 4/5 stars. I drove 15 miles to visit this place and i want to punch myself in the face!) This was, without a doubt, the most unprofessional and infuriating experience I’ve ever had.
