I made the mistake of agreeing upon their 'budgetary quote' for a fence on my bulkhead and pier. Their scam is to request that you pay the 50% of the budgetary quote up front to get on the schedule as they are very busy. Then they have you. I decided to decrease the job to only the pier (not the bulkhead) and a small section between the neighbor so essentially decreased it by nearly half.
